Everyone is different. We expect that you are too. The more you are familiar with our process the better we can serve you. What we most desire is to create a lifesmark that captures an imprint that our clients can save and share.

We are here to help you tell your story. Depending on the breadth of your project we like to spend some quality time with the person with whom we are making a lifesmark. We like to do our first meeting in person without our equipment. We will provide you with a list of questions that help you think about what your imprint might include. As well we suggest that you let us know any specific stories, thoughts or questions that you would like to ensure are included.

Spending more time with our client helps us determine what questions are most appropriate. We want you to feel comfortable with us. The more relaxed and comfortable you are the more sincere and accurate your imprint will be.

We are also aware that not everyone has the same budget so we will do everything we can to work within yours making you aware of all costs associated with your lifesmark.
